From first contact, we will seek to understand what the problem is and how together we can solve it. If you agree over the telephone that we can, we ask that you meet us for half a day to develop those initial thoughts and agree next steps. There will be no cost for this meeting.

One of those steps may be an initial call to your funder to advise them that we have agreed to work together. Rest assured, we will not make any contact with them until you say we can. We think you will be pleasantly surprised at their response. Most funders know us already and will welcome that you are seeking our advice.

We provide all this for £170 per month and you start paying only when you agree we can solve the initial problem.
